WHO IS THE BÁB?

In Persia in 1844, a young man who became known as the prophet The Báb, meaning “the Gate” in Persian, revealed that He was here to expand on God’s laws and prophecies, one of them being to prepare humanity for a second prophet, Baha’u’llah. The Báb and Baha’u’llah are the founders of the world’s youngest independent religion, The Bahá’í Faith.
